NE Creperie was established in August 2013 by Philip Wafula and Marlene Holiday. The idea was to offer hearty and healthier combinations to customers without compromising on taste and freshness. We started in a small food cart in NE PDX, thus the initials in our name.
2 years later, we vacated the stationary operation and acquired a 100% mobile food truck as well as changed our business model to solely focus on public and private events. In October of 2019, we launched an expansion of the truck by opening a location in Dtown Portland, by PSU. We later closed that location permanently and returned to being a fully dedicated catering service.
