NE Creperie was established in August 2013 by Philip Wafula and Marlene Holiday. The idea was to offer hearty and healthier combinations to customers without compromising on taste and freshness. We started in a small food cart in NE PDX, thus the initials in our name.
Two years later, we transitioned from our stationary operation to a 100% mobile food truck, shifting our focus to public and private events, including corporate catering in Portland. In October 2019, we expanded our services by opening a location in Dtown Portland, near PSU. However, we later closed that location permanently and returned to being a fully dedicated catering service.
